picard is an up-and-coming indie rock band that released their recently released their debut album. My husband and I attended their CD release concert at the House of Rock in Eau Claire, WI. My sister-in-law and cousin are both extremely talented members of the band, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring along my camera.
